Working with the cross brand and MarComms departments soon after the back room integration of the RBS and NatWest brands, gained a deep understanding of client-side dynamics and challenges as well as the skills to manage large-scale stakeholder involvement projects for financial services (FS) organisations and led the following projects;
- Led the re-design of in-branch and small business literature with new branding and full regulatory changes.
- Researched and wrote strategic paper for new cost control process for branches and regions, resulting in 25% central cost savings and efficiency.
- Researched in regions, developed and delivered cross brand strategic paper with recommendations for Local Marketing programme, including process, responsibility and content.
- Planned and led the creation of a new suite of compliant material for intranet use.
